Montana Criminal Code of 1973 seminar proceedings, 1974 Nov. 15.

In 1973 the Montana Legislature revised the Montana Criminal Code. As a result, six seminars were held across Montana to acquaint the legal community and the general public with the changes. Speakers at this seminar held in Helena include the Montana Supreme Court associate justice Wesley Castles; University of Montana Law School professors Larry Elison and William F. Crowley; and Criminal Law Revision Commission staff attorney Terrence Cosgrove.
